At Mizu we believe that the journey of Karate should be open to all regardless of age, gender or physical ability. Karate is not just for the Dojo but should have an impact on your everyday life. Practitioners train at their own pace and moving through the ranks should reflect the learner’s pace and input rather than a prescriptive model set by the club. We at Mizu deliver classes to children and adults including those who may have special physical or other disabilities. We also encourage adults over 50 to train and offer one to one or small group sessions for older learners. It’s never too late.
